   Exchanges or returns can be made up to 14 days from receipt of the order
  (first exchange with a courier at a cost of 19 NIS or first exchange at no cost – provided that the cost of the exchanged item is higher than 450 NIS)

You can make a return for any reason, and receive a full refund.
This can be done up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order in one of the following ways:
